True Blue RESCUE!
The Rescue Diver Course involves two main components knowledge development and open water training exercises.

Knowledge Development topics include:
         Overview, self rescue, diver stress and management, first aid equipment,
         first aid procedures, emergency management, common equipment
         problems, release function and problems.

Open Water/Pool Training Exercises:

          Tired diver, panicked diver, response from shore/boat to a conscious
          diver, distressed diver underwater, missing diver procedures, surfacing
          the unconscious diver, unconscious diver at the surface, first aid
          procedures, diving accident scenarios

Qualifications:
To qualify for PADI Rescue Diver training, an individual must be certifed in  PADI Advanced Open Water or have an equivalent rating.  To be certified as a PADI Rescue Diver, the student diver must have successfully completed a sancitioned course in CPR within the past two years. True Blue can provide CPR/First Aid training for $50 which includes all materials. 

The PADI Rescue Diver Course is an important and cruical step in   expanding  your knowledge and experience beyond a purely recreational  level.     You will learn to look beyond yourself to consider   the  safety  and  well being of other divers.

Timing Device
Compass
Knife
Emergency Signal Tube

Classes usually run 6 - 9 pm

The course fee is $300

The $300 fee includes: Rescue Diver Manual, Rescue Diving Accident Management Workslate, Rescue PIC Card, and tanks needed for completion of your dives.
