On July 11th and 12th, 12 True Blue Dive Crew Members went to the Flower Gardens, 110 miles off-shore. The trip was an experience of a
life time. The current was minimal and the seas were mostly 1 foot or
less. Some of the sitings include: Spotted Eagle Ray, 50 plus schooling Silky Sharks, Spotted Moray Eel, hundreds of Graysby, Tiger Grouper, Queen Angels, Barracuda, and every size and color of Damsels you can image.
Several members worked on their advanced diving skills so they could earn their PADI Advanced Diver Certification. Advanced skills included underwater navigation, boat diving, night diving, and fish identification. |
